37.5 hours per week (including alternate weekends + 1 evening)
No night shifts!

We’re looking for a caring and reliable person to join our friendly team in Redhill. You’ll support adults with learning disabilities, autism, brain injuries, and mental health challenges to live independently while building a rewarding career with full support from us.

What You’ll Do

Provide person-centred support that promotes independence and dignity
Assist with daily living tasks and social activities
Encourage confidence and community engagement
Monitor health and well-being
Report and record accurately

What We’re Looking For
