We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Senior Support Workers to join our team and assist our Clinical Psychologists in providing top-quality care to the individuals we support. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with skilled professionals in the field, gaining invaluable experience and making a real difference to people’s lives.

Some of the individuals we support have a forensic history or present a current forensic risk and can at times show behavior’s of distress.

Role Specific Duties:

• Ensure individuals we support are at the heart of care delivery and their wishes and preferences enhance their wellbeing.
• To contribute to the efficient running of the home.
• Support Individuals to maintain their relationships and connections with the local community.
• Ensure Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSP) and other information about how to support Individuals are followed.
• To be involved as a lead Keyworker in a key worker team for individuals we support.
• To ‘step-up’ to the role of Team Leader during their absence.
• Be responsible for informing Team Leaders / Registered Manager of any changes in the needs of Individuals we support.
