About the Role
We are urgently seeking a dependable Female Care Support Worker to support a client located near Fitzrovia W1W, London. We are strictly looking for staff with proven experience in tracheostomy care.
Immediate joiners required
We are looking for carers based nearby or willing to relocate.
In this role, you will deliver essential daily personal care and critical clinical support to ensure the client’s comfort, safety, and overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, high-standard tracheostomy management and clinical care.
- Assist the client with daily personal routines and compassionate support.
- Communicate effectively and sensitively with the client and their family.
- Maintain clear, accurate care records after every shift.
- Deliver respectful, person-centered support at all times.
Requirements
- Female caregiver (under Genuine Occupational Qualification).
- Essential & proven tracheostomy care experience (Do not apply if you do not have proven experience in tracheostomy care).
- Visa Sponsorship available for fully competent candidates.
- Strong caregiving background with a reliable, punctual work ethic.
- Clear communication skills and a compassionate nature.
