Responsibilities

● Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payments using accounting software such as QuickBooks

● Manage accounts payable functions by ensuring timely payments and accurate record-keeping

● Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies promptly

● Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audit readiness

● Prepare financial reports as needed

● Support the accounts receivable process by tracking incoming payments and following up on overdue accounts

● Collaborate with other departments to ensure accuracy in financial data and reporting

Skills

● Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero is essential

● Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and procedures

● Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail

● Ability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple tasks

● Good communication skills for effective collaboration across teams

● Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and financial regulations is preferred

● Experience with reconciling accounts and preparing financial documentation
