Salary:£25,420 – £27,000 a year

We are looking for compassionate, reliable Home Care Workers to support people in their own homes, helping them feel safe, respected and confident in their daily lives.
From supporting someone with their morning routine to offering reassurance when they need it most, your presence can make a meaningful difference.
Your role
You will provide personal care and practical support tailored to each person’s care plan, preferences and routines. You will encourage independence, protect dignity and help people remain comfortable in familiar surroundings.
You will also record care accurately using our digital systems, recognise changes in wellbeing and report concerns promptly. Clear, respectful communication with clients, families and colleagues will be an essential part of your work.
What we are looking for
We welcome applicants who are caring, dependable and committed to treating people with patience and respect.
You should have good communication skills, basic IT confidence and the ability to follow care plans and maintain accurate records. Previous experience in home care, residential care or a senior care role is valued.
A full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle are required for this community based role, as you will travel between clients’ homes.
Sponsorship opportunities for Graduate visa holders
Sponsorship is available for eligible applicants already living in the UK on a Graduate visa, subject to current immigration requirements, satisfactory performance and the employing company’s sponsorship arrangements.
Applicants must complete at least three months of lawful employment in the care role with the sponsoring employer before a Certificate of Sponsorship can be assigned. You must have sufficient permission to work to complete this period. Sponsorship is subject to assessment and is not automatic.
