We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Live-in Carers to join our growing care team. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to provide one-to-one support to clients in the comfort of their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.
As a Live-in Carer, you will live in the client’s home during your placement, providing companionship, practical assistance, and personal care tailored to their individual needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing personal care, including washing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assisting with medication support and monitoring wellbeing.
- Preparing meals and assisting with nutrition and hydration.
- Supporting clients with mobility and daily living activities.
- Providing companionship and emotional support.
- Assisting with household tasks such as light cleaning and laundry.
- Maintaining accurate care records and reporting any concerns.
- Promoting independence, dignity, and choice at all times.
What We’re Looking For
- A caring, compassionate, and patient nature.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and responsibly.
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential as full training can be provided.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding person-centred care.
- Right to work in the UK.
