Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth, high-standard service
• Manage front-of-house staff scheduling, training, performance, and task delegation
• Oversee guest service, table reservations, and maintain exceptional customer satisfaction
• Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve issues efficiently
• Ensure strict adherence to cleanliness, health, and food safety standards
• Manage front-of-house inventory, order supplies, and support daily cost controls

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluency in both Mandarin and English is required
• Proven management or supervisory experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to thrive under pressure
• Legal right to work in the UK OR eligibility for UK Skilled Worker Visa sponsorship
