Position: Nursery Practitioner- Qualified

An exciting opportunity to join us and be part of our small, nurturing team has opened up.
We have an excellent opportunity for a nursery practitioner, unqualified or qualified who would like to take the next steps towards developing their skills in well being and compassionate care giving.
We offer a large spacious inside area with a substantial and well used garden. We have a well-established and qualified team of supportive colleagues who hold emotional health at the centre of their practice.
We have a very strong, well established community-based and international pedagogy around child-led learning and compassionate communication.
The person we are looking for will have the well-being and involvement of the children and their families at the heart of their practice and be keen to develop their own skills around being emotionally attuned.
They will need strong interpersonal skills, sound knowledge of the EYFS/child development. A naturally calm, emotionally reliable, resourceful and dynamic attitude is a prerequisite.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone to take their next steps towards the development of their own wellbeing in a nurturing and supportive environment.
Starting hours will be 40hrs hrs per week however flexible arrangements can be accommodated.
Salary dependent on experience.
This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and requires an enhanced DBS check.
