The Role
We are looking for caring and reliable female Care Support Workers who hold a full UK driving licence and have their own car. You will visit clients in their own homes, supporting them with daily living and helping them stay independent and comfortable.

This role is open to female applicants only due to the personal care needs of our clients, as permitted under the Equality Act 2010 (Schedule 9).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, including washing, dressing and toileting, with dignity and respect
• Prompt or administer medication in line with training and MAR charts
• Prepare meals and drinks and support good nutrition and hydration
• Support safe mobility and moving and handling
• Carry out light domestic tasks where set out in the care plan
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Complete accurate care records on our digital care system
• Follow individual care plans and company policies at all times

Essential Requirements

• Full UK driving licence and access to your own car (essential)
• Female applicants only
• Right to work in the UK
• Willing to complete an Enhanced DBS check
• Good communication skills and a genuinely caring nature
• Previous care experience is welcome but not essential – full training is provided

Working Hours
