Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Hotel Manager to lead our hotel located within close proximity to Birmingham International Airport. As the Hotel Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage accounts , and uphold the highest standards of service and hospitality. Your leadership will drive team motivation, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all hotel departments to ensure smooth daily operations and outstanding guest services.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff to foster a motivated, professional team committed to excellence.
• Oversee human resources functions including scheduling, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.
• Maintain high standards of guest services by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a memorable stay.
• Implement and monitor operational procedures to maximize efficiency and uphold safety standards.
• Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure quality supplies and services are maintained.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and hotel policies at all times.

Skills

• Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests and staff from various backgrounds.
• Proven supervising experience within the hospitality or hotel industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams and foster a positive work environment.
• Extensive hotel experience with a solid understanding of guest services and hospitality operations.
• Knowledge of human resources practices including recruitment, training, and employee management.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with guests, staff, vendors, and management seamlessly.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
