The Role

As a support worker at Rialto Care & Support LTD, you will be expected to support the service user with the objectives set out within their person-centred support plan.

Your day-to-day role, as a support worker, will differ depending on the unique needs of the service user. The role is primarily focused on enabling and supporting people to:

● Have a good quality of life, as independently as they are able.

● Encourage the development of personal skills through interests and hobbies.

● Support the development of life skills, such as shopping, using public transport, and paying for bills.

● Provide opportunities to the supported person to demonstrate freedom of choice, and to assist in the integration of community settings.

We will provide all successful candidates with the opportunity to achieve L2/L3 Diploma in Health and Social Care, in addition to all mandatory and bespoke training required for the roles we are recruiting.

● All team members must pass DBS clearance (formerly a CRB check)

● A full driving licence is greatly preferred but not essential.

● All applicants will need to provide proof they have the right to work in the UK.

● Service Users are located in the Shropshire area

● Due to the needs of the people we support, applicants who can drive will be given preference
