Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers.

Duties

● Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide tailored assistance.

● Engage with customers to promote products and services, effectively upselling where appropriate.

● Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and stocked.

● Answer customer queries in a professional manner, utilising strong phone etiquette when handling calls.

● Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting stock checks as required.

● Ensure store is well cleaned and maintained at all times of day

Qualifications

● Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

● Previous experience in retail sales With 4+ years experience

● Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail to ensure a smooth shopping experience for customers.

● A friendly and approachable demeanour that fosters positive relationships with customers and colleagues alike.

● Must be able to drive and hold a valid drive and hold a valid driving licence.

● 26 hours per week. Shifts will be stated during the interview.
