Salary: £26,000 a year

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Worker to join our team to support our clients with daily activities, promote independence, and enhance their quality of life.. The ideal candidate will provide essential assistance to individuals in need, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Skilled Worker Visa Sponsorship will be considered if required.
Duties
● Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
● Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary requirements and preferences.
● Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
● Assist with medication management and ensure adherence to prescribed regimens.
● Support individuals with mobility challenges, including safe transfer techniques.
● Engage in behaviour management strategies for clients with specific needs.
● Facilitate social activities and outings to encourage participation and interaction.
● Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in client condition to relevant professionals.
