Due to continued growth, we are looking for compassionate, reliable and dedicated Home Care Assistants to join our friendly and supportive team.

Your Role
As a Home Care Assistant, you will travel between clients’ homes, providing high-quality care and support that promotes independence, dignity and wellbeing.
Every day is different, and you will play a vital role in helping people continue living safely and comfortably in the place they love most — their own home.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing personal care, including washing, dressing and toileting
- Supporting clients with medication in accordance with their care plans
- Preparing meals and encouraging good nutrition and hydration
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with mobility and daily living activities
- Maintaining accurate care records using our digital care system
- Following safeguarding, infection prevention, health & safety and other care procedures
- Building positive and professional relationships with clients and their families
- Promoting independence, dignity and choice in every aspect of care
Essential Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Access to your own vehicle — essential due to our rural service areas
- Willingness to travel between clients within the community
- A caring, compassionate and reliable nature
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Right to work in the UK
- Commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred care
Skilled Worker Sponsorship
Sponsorship licences are available for eligible applicants.
Candidates who require Skilled Worker visa sponsorship may be considered, subject to meeting the relevant eligibility requirements and the requirements of the role and applicable UK immigration rules.
Please note that sponsorship is not guaranteed and eligibility will be assessed as part of the recruitment process.
