Join Our Team at Blenheim – Rhyl
Blenheim is a small, friendly home supporting six adults with mild to moderate learning disabilities. Every day is different, and our team helps residents with personal care, household tasks, medication and getting the most out of their day.
We’re looking for kind, patient and enthusiastic people to join us.
We have 18–24 hour contracts available with 1–2 sleep‑ins, and shifts across days, nights and weekends.
No experience? No problem. If you’re willing to learn, we’ll provide full training and a supportive induction to help you feel confident in your role.
Pay is £12.71per hour, with opportunities to grow and develop. Sleep in night is paid at £63. On occasions depending on the capacity of the home and presentation of residents staffing is reduced. where this occurs staff are paid £19.06.
Experience:
- Care experience: 1 year (required)
