Position:Care Assistant
Salary:Ā£13.45 – Ā£14.00 an hour
Job Types:Full time, Part time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Zero hours contract
Location:Peterhead
We are currently looking for compassionate and reliable Female Care Assistants to join our team.
This is a female-only role, as the position requires providing personal care to female service users in their own homes.
In accordance with Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010, this requirement is considered a genuine occupational requirement.
Requirements:
- Must have a full UK driving licence
- Must have access to your own car
- Previous experience in care is required
- Friendly, caring, and reliable attitude
- Female applicants only due to the personal care needs of female clients (GOR)
Pay & Benefits:
- Ā£13.45 – Ā£14.00 per hour
- Ā£0.42 per mile mileage allowance
- Paid from start to finish of your rota (not just contact time)
- Refer-a-Friend Bonus ā up to Ā£200 (T&Cs apply)

Role Responsibilities:
- Supporting clients with daily living activities
- Providing personal care to service users
- Assisting with medication where required
- Helping clients maintain independence in their own homes
- Travelling between clientsā homes
