An exciting opportunity has become available for a Pharmacist to join a well-established and growing independent community pharmacy near Exeter, Devon.

We’re looking for a motivated, patient-focused pharmacist who would like to work within a supportive team while developing their clinical skills and playing an active role in expanding pharmacy services.

Experienced, newly qualified and part-time pharmacists are all encouraged to apply.

The Package

• Salary up to £65,000 per annum, depending on contracted hours, experience and qualifications
• Performance bonus up to £10,000 per annum, linked to service delivery and agreed KPIs
• Potential total package up to £75,000 per annum

The Role

You’ll work alongside an experienced pharmacy team to provide excellent patient care and deliver a growing range of NHS and private services.

Services include:

• Pharmacy First
• Contraception
• Hypertension Case Finding
• Seasonal vaccinations
• Other NHS and private clinical services

You’ll also have the opportunity to help develop services, support the pharmacy team and contribute to the continued growth of the business.

About You

We’re looking for a pharmacist who is:

• GPhC registered or eligible for registration
• Patient-focused and approachable
• A confident communicator
• Comfortable working as part of a pharmacy team
• Interested in developing clinical services

Independent Prescriber qualification is desirable but not essential.

Support for further professional and clinical development can be provided.

Newly qualified pharmacists are very welcome to apply.
