The Role

As Business Sales Executive, you’ll take ownership of driving sales growth — identifying new business opportunities, managing and developing customer relationships, negotiating deals, and working toward agreed sales targets. This is a sales-focused role at the heart of our commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities and potential customers
• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers and key accounts
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and deals to close sales and meet revenue targets
• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market reach
• Prepare sales proposals, quotes, and contracts
• Monitor sales performance against targets and report on progress
• Build strong working relationships with suppliers and partners to support sales growth
• Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
• Represent the company at trade shows, meetings, or client visits as required

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

• Previous experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar sales support role
• Proven experience in a sales, business development, or account management role
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Target-driven with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Confident, proactive, and self-motivated approach to generating new business

Desirable:

• Experience selling in an online retail or e-commerce environment
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
• Experience working in a small or growing business
