About This Role

We’re seeking a skilled Virtual Assistant with marketing experience who is passionate about leveraging AI and automation to streamline operations, support marketing initiatives, and enhance overall productivity. This is a contract-based remote position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has marketing experience or inclination, and is eager to work with cutting-edge AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage administrative tasks and calendars with AI-assisted tools
• Support marketing projects, campaigns, and initiatives
• Assist with marketing research, competitive analysis, and content planning
• Handle research and data compilation for marketing strategies
• Implement and optimize automation workflows for marketing and operations
• Create and schedule marketing content across various platforms
• Manage project coordination and communications
• Collaborate with the team on process improvements and marketing initiatives
• Support email campaigns, marketing automation, and lead management

Required Qualifications

• Marketing Background: Experience or demonstrated interest in marketing (content creation, campaign support, marketing strategy, etc.)
• AI Experience: Demonstrated experience working with AI tools and understanding how to leverage them for productivity and marketing
• Claude Proficiency: Hands-on experience or strong understanding of Claude Co-Work and Claude Code
• Technical Aptitude: Comfortable learning new automation tools and platforms
• Self-Directed: Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Communication: Clear, professional written and verbal communication with strong content creation skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Zapier, etc.)
• Familiarity with project management platforms
• Experience with content management systems
• Social media management experience
• Email marketing experience
• Basic design skills (Canva, etc.)
• Background in marketing operations or administrative roles

Interview Process

Round 1: Initial conversation about marketing experience, motivation, and AI/automation background
Round 2: Case study project (small-scale marketing/operations example project will be provided after Round 1 to showcase your AI, marketing, and automation skills)
