Salary:Starting at £28,080-£35,280

Join our client’s dedicated team and make a real difference by providing compassionate, personalised care in a safe and nurturing environment.

We are looking for FT days (40 hours), and PT day (30 hours a week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 or 2:1 support to young people, including those with challenging behaviours and diverse needs.
• Assist with personal care and daily living activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of each individual.
• Implement and follow tailored care plans designed to promote independence, social skills, and overall development.
• Support young people’s engagement with education and other activities, adapting to their unique cultural backgrounds and needs.

The Candidate:

Essential:

• Passion for working with young people facing complex challenges.
• Experience in a residential care setting.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Current Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain).
• NVQ Level 3 in Children and Families / Young People or equivalent (required for Team Leader role).
• Driving licence is desirable but not essential for all services.

Desirable:

• Additional qualifications in social care.
