Your Role
As a Care Assistant, you will:
- Support individuals transitioning from hospital back to their homes
- Help service users regain independence and confidence
- Deliver care in line with personalised care plans
- Assist with:
- Personal care
- Medication administration
- Monitoring vital signs
- Exercise and rehabilitation support
- Domestic tasks
- Liaise with healthcare professionals such as district nurses and pharmacies
Our goal: Help people rehabilitate, maximise their potential, and live independently.
Working Hours
- Shifts between 7:00am – 8:30pm
- Full-time contracts (up to 40 hours per week)
Pay & Benefits
- £13 – £15 per hour
- Paid mileage: 35p per mile
- Paid training and DBS check
- Career progression (Level 2 & 3 Diplomas, specialist training)

Requirements
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (required)
- Experience in domiciliary/home care is preferred (minimum 1 year), but not essential as full in-person training will be provided
- Ability to read and follow care plans
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Basic IT skills for documentation and reporting
- Flexibility to work varied shifts in order to meet the needs of service users
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals

- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (We offer flexible working arrangements, including zero-hour, part-time, and full-time contracts of up to 40 hours per week)
