Firestone Hornsby – Full-Time chefs Wanted

Firestone Hornsby is a busy brunch & dining café restaurant located inside Westfield Hornsby, Sydney.

We serve a wide range of dishes including all-day brunch, pasta, pizza, steaks, burgers and seasonal specials in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen.

We’re currently hiring:

• Breakfast Chef
• Pizza Chef
• Chef (Commis / Demi Chef / Chef de Partie / Sous Chef)
• Cook

What we’re looking for:

• At least 1–2 years of commercial kitchen experience in Australia, or
• Previous Western cuisine experience in Korea or overseas
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work well in a team
• Passion for cooking and willingness to learn

Full-time Positions

We are looking for team members who can work full-time.

Typical shifts include:

• Breakfast: 6:00am – 3:00pm (5 days per week)
• Dinner: 11:00am – 9:00pm (5 days per week)

Salary will be discussed based on your experience and skills.
