• Important Information Before You Apply
• To be considered for this position, you must:
• ✔ Be able to travel throughout the Helsby and Runcorn areas
• ✔ Be available to work on a flexible basis, primarily Thursday to Sunday
• ✔ Have a caring, compassionate and reliable approach
• Driving is preferred for this role due to the nature of community-based care.

• What Will You Be Doing?
• As a Home Care Assistant, you’ll support people in their own homes, helping them remain independent while maintaining their dignity, wellbeing and quality of life.
• No two days are the same, but your role may include:
• ✅ Providing personal care with dignity, respect and compassion
• ✅ Supporting with washing, dressing and daily routines
• ✅ Assisting with meal preparation and nutrition
• ✅ Providing medication prompts and support in line with care plans
• ✅ Carrying out wellbeing and safety checks
• ✅ Supporting with light household tasks and maintaining a comfortable home environment
• ✅ Offering companionship and emotional support
• ✅ Building positive and professional relationships with the people you support
