We are a fast-growing, innovative IT solutions provider specializing in enterprise-level operational workflows, CRM platforms, and bespoke digital management systems. Having recently secured high-impact digital transformation contracts with major client across the UK hospitality and hotel sector, we are expanding our delivery team. We are seeking a specialist who can bridge the gap between technical software deployment and real-world hospitality operations.

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will serve as the essential functional link between our clients in the hotel industry and our internal engineering teams. You will leverage a deep operational understanding of hospitality environments to analyze client work methods, evaluate software integration requirements, audit data structures, and configure our enterprise solutions to optimize commercial workflows.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Business Systems Analysis: Evaluate clients’ legacy hospitality software, CRM databases, and property management systems to determine architectural compatibility with our enterprise platforms.
• Workflow & Procedure Auditing: Examine day-to-day hotel operational procedures and room-allocation metrics to map operational gaps and draft software-driven efficiency solutions.
• Data Migration & CRM Management: Oversee the structural cleansing, mapping, and functional transfer of client operational records into our centralized dashboard systems.
• Functional Solution Design: Translate operational hospitality bottlenecks into clear, structured functional requirements and software configuration blueprints for our technical developers.
• Contract & Integration Monitoring: Supervise multi-site rollout schedules, track software integration SLAs, and monitor deployment metrics across client portfolios.
• Compliance Mapping: Map statutory health and safety compliance metrics, regulatory reporting tracks, and hospitality risk logs directly into our software’s auditing modules.

What We Are Looking For

• Industry Domain Expertise: 7–9 years of progressive operational leadership or management experience within the hospitality, hotel management, or business development sectors.
• Systems Familiarity: Highly proficient with commercial CRM tools (e.g., Opera, Salesforce, HubSpot) and data reporting software (e.g., Advanced Excel, Power BI).
• Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to dissect business metrics, analyze P&L data flows, and convert complex operational problems into structured technical briefs.
• Communication & Collaboration: Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to confidently present systems analysis to hotel executives and collaborate with IT engineers.
• Compliance Knowledge: Clear understanding of UK hospitality regulatory frameworks, statutory compliance, and corporate governance.
