The Role

We are looking for flexible Care Support Workers to join our growing team across Norfolk. As a Care Support Worker, you’ll provide essential care and support to service users in their own homes.

Your duties will include:

• Supporting with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, mobility).
• Assisting with meal preparation, medication prompts, and light household tasks.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
• Following individual care plans and updating the care team on changes.
• Travelling between service users’ homes (a car and full UK driving licence are required).

What We’re Looking For

• A caring, patient, and empathetic approach.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts — evenings and weekends may be required.
• Right to work in the UK (Please note: Prevail Healthcare does not offer sponsorship).
• Previous experience in care is desirable but not essential — full training will be provided.
