Overview

Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of pasta dishes with attention to detail, consistency, and presentation standards
- Follow established recipes and cooking procedures to ensure quality and food safety compliance
- Manage multiple orders efficiently during busy service hours while maintaining high standards
- Assist in ingredient prep, including portioning, boiling, sautéing, and garnishing pasta dishes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in accordance with health regulations
- Support the team during meal service by ensuring timely delivery of hot, fresh pasta dishes
- Adhere to food safety protocols and proper handling of ingredients to ensure guest safety and satisfaction
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or culinary setting
- Strong knowledge of pasta types, cooking techniques, and culinary practices related to Italian cuisine
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment such as pasta cookers, pan, knives, and food prep tools
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent understanding of food safety standards and sanitation procedures
- Previous restaurant experience with serving guests is a plus
- Passion for culinary arts and a desire to deliver exceptional dining experiences
