The Role

We are not a standard “sitting” service. At The Rainbow Care Group, we provide high-level, meaningful cognitive and social engagement for our members living with dementia.

We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated Activities Support Worker who understands that “care” isn’t just about safety, it’s about dignity, joy, and creating a premium environment. You will be a vital part of a team that maintains a strict 1:4 staff-to-member ratio, ensuring that every interaction is purposeful and high-quality.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead Engagement: Plan and deliver dynamic, cognitive-stimulating activities tailored to our members’ histories and preferences.
• Maintain the “Rainbow Standard”: Ensure the club environment is always professional, welcoming, and safe.
• Build Relationships: Act as a primary point of contact for family members, providing them with peace of mind and regular, professional updates.
• Observe & Support: Monitor members’ well-being and proactively communicate any changes to the management team.
• Collaborative Working: Work closely with the Regional Director to maintain our reputation as the premier dementia care provider in Bromley.
