Domiciliary Home Care Worker (Female Drivers)
Able to Start Immediately | Make a Difference Every Day
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Female Domiciliary Care Workers to provide high-quality in-home care to clients within their own residences.
Location: Dorchester, Dorset.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Support with meal preparation and feeding
- Assist with medication (as directed in care plans)
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Carry out light housekeeping duties
- Monitor and report changes in clients’ condition
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings
Requirements
- Female Driver applicants only (due to current operational and care needs)
- Must be a local resident in Dorchester.
- Valid UK driver’s licence required
- Access to a reliable vehicle
- Right to work in the UK
- Strong communication and compassion
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans
- Previous care experience is preferred but not essential (full training provided)
