Overview

We are seeking a motivated Operations Intern to join our reputable security firm. This paid internship offers valuable exposure to the operational aspects of the security industry, providing hands-on experience in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a keen interest in security operations. Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operational tasks to support the security team and management
• Observe and report on site activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
• Support the coordination of security schedules and resource allocation
• Contribute to the preparation of operational reports and documentation
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance understanding of security protocols
• Engage with clients and staff professionally, fostering positive relationships
• Support in implementing health and safety measures across sites

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a relevant course such as Security Management, Business Administration, or similar field
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Keen interest in security operations and industry best practices
• Basic IT literacy, including proficiency with MS Office suite
• Valid UK driving licence is desirable but not essential
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
