Job Overview:

Duties:

– Assist with personal care
– Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
– Deliver high-quality <Patient care> tailored to individual needs.

– Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
– Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
– Keep accurate records of care provided.

Qualifications:

– Previous experience in <Home care> or a similar role is preferred.
– Certification in medication administration is a plus.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to provide compassionate and attentive care.
– Understanding of the importance of maintaining client confidentiality.
– Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and schedules.
