Lambeth Care Services is currently recruiting Full-Time and Part-Time Care Assistants to join our established and growing team. We provide high-quality support to individuals living in their own homes across South West and West London, including Lambeth, South Kensington, Westminster, Ealing, and surrounding areas.

About the Role

We are looking for caring, reliable, and committed individuals to join our care team. Both car drivers and non-drivers are welcome to apply.

As a Care Assistant, you will provide practical and emotional support to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Supporting clients with daily living activities
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with meal preparation and light household duties
• Prompting or reminding clients to take medication
• Supporting clients to attend appointments or access the community where required
• Monitoring client wellbeing and reporting concerns appropriately
• Communicating effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements

• Caring and compassionate nature
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Right to work in the UK
• Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential, as training will be provided
