Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in executing various campaigns and projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational and communication skills, with a good understanding of project management and analysis. Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns and projects.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel and analyse data to inform marketing strategies.
- Support the creation of engaging presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint for internal meetings and client pitches.
- Manage social media accounts and contribute to content creation to enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, IT, and creative departments to ensure project alignment.
- Organise events, webinars, or promotional activities as required.
- Maintain accurate records of campaign performance and project timelines using organisational tools.
- Support B2B marketing efforts by developing targeted outreach strategies.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective time management skills to meet deadlines consistently.
- Demonstrated project management experience or understanding of project workflows.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Knowledge of IT systems relevant to marketing functions is desirable.
- Experience or understanding of B2B marketing strategies is advantageous.
