Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be adept at managing multiple tasks efficiently, and demonstrate a professional demeanour. Duties

  • Manage and maintain schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and organise documents, reports, and correspondence using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Handle incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately within various software platforms such as QuickBooks and other organisational tools
  • Assist with bookkeeping activities, including invoicing and expense tracking using QuickBooks
  • Organise files, records, and office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Support with project coordination and follow-up on pending tasks
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate effective communication
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times

Requirements

  • Proven administrative experience or previous office experience is essential
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is highly desirable
  • Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and typing speed
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and professional communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
