FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
Hours Available:
- Full-time: 35+ hours
- Part-time: 16–30 hours
- Weekend positions available
Key Requirements
- Female drivers only (occupational requirement exemption under the Equality Act 2010 due to client care needs)
- Must be caring, compassionate, and committed to delivering high-quality person-centred care
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred
- Skilled Worker visa sponsorship may be considered for suitable candidates currently studying or recently graduated from a UK degree-level course
- Applicants seeking sponsorship must successfully complete a minimum of 20 hours per week for an initial 3-month period before sponsorship can be considered
- Previous care experience is welcome but not essential — full paid training provided

The Role
As a Care Professional, you will support clients in their own homes, helping to improve and maintain their overall quality of life. Care is tailored to each individual’s needs and may include:
- Personal care and hygiene support
- Assistance with medication
- Meal preparation and nutrition support
- Companionship and social interaction
- Light household support
- Promoting independence and wellbeing
- Delivering care in line with company policies and procedures

Skilled Worker Visa Sponsorship
We are able to consider Skilled Worker visa sponsorship for suitable applicants who:
- Have completed, or are completing, a UK degree-level university course
- Require sponsorship to continue working in the UK
- Successfully complete a minimum 3-month probationary period working at least 20 hours per week
