Customer Service Advisor – Remote
The rewards
- £13.49 per hour (standard hours)
- £20.23 per hour (overtime)
- Full training provided
- All equipment provided
- Ongoing contract with opportunity for extension and potential to go permanent
Hours
- 37–40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday (2 weekends off per month)
- Weekday shifts between 8am–8pm (8 hour shifts)
- Weekend shifts between 8am–6pm
- Full flexibility required
- Start date: 1st June
The role of Customer Service Advisor:
- Inbound customer service relating to maintenance queries and emergency calls
- Logging customer notes on the systems
- Troubleshooting to understand the problem and providing first level advice
- Taking call-out payments over the telephone where required
- Complaint handling where required
- Taking full ownership of a call, ensuring the customer receives the highest levels of customer service
- Making customers aware of other products available at the end of the call
The ideal Customer Service Advisor:
- Excellent IT skills — able to navigate several systems simultaneously
- Strong customer service skills with empathy and good communication
- Good listening skills
- Confident manner — able to make customers feel at ease and reassure them their problem is being dealt with
This is a fully remote role — you will need wifi and a quiet workspace with a desk and chair set up at home.
Candidates must be prepared to pass both a criminal background check and a financial check.
