Customer Service Advisor – Remote

The rewards

  • £13.49 per hour (standard hours)
  • £20.23 per hour (overtime)

  • Ongoing contract with opportunity for extension and potential to go permanent

Hours

  • 37–40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday (2 weekends off per month)
  • Weekday shifts between 8am–8pm (8 hour shifts)
  • Weekend shifts between 8am–6pm
  • Full flexibility required
  • Start date: 1st June

The role of Customer Service Advisor:

  • Inbound customer service relating to maintenance queries and emergency calls
  • Logging customer notes on the systems
  • Troubleshooting to understand the problem and providing first level advice
  • Taking call-out payments over the telephone where required
  • Complaint handling where required
  • Taking full ownership of a call, ensuring the customer receives the highest levels of customer service
  • Making customers aware of other products available at the end of the call

The ideal Customer Service Advisor:

  • Excellent IT skills — able to navigate several systems simultaneously
  • Strong customer service skills with empathy and good communication
  • Good listening skills
  • Confident manner — able to make customers feel at ease and reassure them their problem is being dealt with

This is a fully remote role — you will need wifi and a quiet workspace with a desk and chair set up at home.

Candidates must be prepared to pass both a criminal background check and a financial check.
