The Practice

We are a modern, innovative GP training and teaching practice caring for over 26,000 patients across two well-equipped sites in a highly desirable coastal location.

The Role

We are offering a flexible salaried GP position for 4 sessions per week, with some flexibility around working days.

You can expect:

• Maximum of 13 patients per session
• 15-minute routine appointments as standard
• Balanced mix of telephone and face-to-face consultations
• Daily coffee break and regular clinical meetings promoting team connection and peer support
• Opportunity for lunchtime wellbeing activities — including tennis, yoga, walks or runs along the nearby beach
• Support for portfolio careers, specialist interests, and leadership development
• Opportunities to join the GP Fellowship Programme
• Clinical and non-clinical leadership roles available
