We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Support Worker with strong communication skills to join our expanding agency team. – Provide practical and emotional support to service users in their homes and communities
– Support with daily living activities including shopping, appointments, social activities, and personal care
– Follow care plans and risk assessments
– Ensure safeguarding and health & safety policies are always followed
– Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and wider support teams

Location: Manchester
Pay Rate: Starting from £16ph
