Lambeth Care Services are currently recruiting for both Full-Time and Part-Time Care Assistants to join our established and growing team. We provide high-quality care and support to individuals living in their own homes across the boroughs of Croydon, Harrow, Ealing, Lambeth, and Brent.

Role Overview
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Care Assistants to provide high-quality care and support to our clients. This role offers a genuine opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Supporting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Supporting with medication reminders
- Accompanying clients to appointments and errands
- Monitoring client safety and wellbeing
- Communicating effectively with clients, families, and professionals
Requirements:
- A caring and compassionate nature
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for supporting others
- Must be a driver with access to a vehicle (essential requirement)
