FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

Trinity Respite Services support young adults in our day service to maintain and develop life skills, enabling individuals to lead fulfilling and quality lives as independently as possible

Your Responsibilities include:

• Supporting and enabling service users to maintain skills and personal interests whilst delivering person-centred care unique to each individual

• Ensuring Service Users are at the heart of care/support delivery and their wishes and preferences enhance their wellbeing.

• Supporting Service Users to maintain their relationships and connections with the local community

• Ensuring Care Plans and other information about how to support Service Users are followed

• Promoting and safeguarding the welfare of those individuals

Work schedule 

Be able to work Monday to Friday 9.00 – 16.00

You will have

• You must be genuinely caring, compassionate, warm and respectful with a strong commitment to supporting service users

• Good written/verbal English skills

• Be able to work Monday to Friday 9.00 – 16.00

• Subject to DBS check
