FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

Suzie Koide Real Estate is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Specialist to support our real estate operations team. This role involves accurately entering, updating, and maintaining property and client data within internal systems.

This is a fully remote position with no on-site work required, ideal for individuals who are organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a structured digital environment.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Enter and update real estate property listings in company databases

• Maintain accurate client and transaction records

• Review data for errors and ensure accuracy

• Organize and manage digital files and documentation

• Assist with administrative and reporting tasks

• Communicate with internal team members regarding updates

Work schedule 

Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday (flexible within standard business hours)

You will have

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

• Experience with CRM or database systems

• Previous remote work experience

• Tools You May Use

• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)

• Microsoft Excel

• CRM systems (training provided)

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, data entry tools)

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Good written communication skills

• Prior data entry or administrative experience is a plus but not required
