As our customer base continues to grow, we are expanding our team and hiring Remote Customer Service & Sales Representative who thrive in customer-facing roles and enjoy helping clients while identifying sales opportunities.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy both customer service and sales, with the ability to earn additional income through commission and performance incentives.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

• Assist customers with questions, account support, and service-related concerns

• Recommend products, services, or upgrades based on customer needs

• Identify sales opportunities during customer interactions

• Convert qualified leads into sales and account upgrades

• Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships

• Accurately document customer interactions and sales activity

• Meet or exceed weekly sales and customer satisfaction goals

Work schedule 

Expected hours: 25.0 – 40.0 per week

You will have 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-focused mindset with confidence in sales conversations

• Ability to upsell and recommend solutions naturally

• Goal-oriented and motivated by commission earnings

• Self-starter comfortable working remotely

• Basic computer and CRM/data-entry skills

• Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace

Requirement 

• Previous customer service experience

• Sales, call center, appointment setting, or commission-based experience preferred

• Remote work experience is a plus
