Tech Spectrum Ai Solutions is hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Part-Time Customer Support Representative. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping customers, enjoy resolving queries, and can deliver a professional and positive support experience. The position offers flexible working hours and the convenience of working from home.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Respond to customer inquiries through email, chat, and/or phone in a timely and professional manner.

• Troubleshoot issues and provide accurate product or service information.

• Document customer interactions and follow internal support protocols.

• Ensure a high-quality customer experience with empathy and problem-solving.

• Collaborate with the team when needed to ensure smooth service operations.

Work schedule

Part-Time Role 

You will have

• Bonus: Candidates with experience working in crypto exchanges or fintech support will be given preference.

Requirement 

• Prior customer support experience (e.g., call centers, help desks, remote support, BPO) is required.

• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.

• Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work independently.

• A positive attitude and a customer-first mindset.

• Stable internet connection and a suitable remote work environment.

• Bonus: Candidates with experience working in crypto exchanges or fintech support will be given preference.
