Position: Virtual Assistant for Construction Businesses

FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
VA4Trades is not your typical VA business.
We work directly with construction companies across the UK, acting as part of their team, handling calls, converting leads, driving real revenue as well as diary mananagement, sending invoices and being the voice of each company.
This is a flexible, work-from-home role where you’ll have real responsibility and impact, not just admin tasks. Perfect for parents who have a family at home who rely on them to be home after school hours.
Your Responsibilities include:
• Answering inbound calls on behalf of clients
• Qualifying leads and identifying serious enquiries
• Sending and following up quotations
• Booking surveys and managing diaries
• Keeping sales pipelines moving
Work Schedule
15-30 per week.
You Will Have
This role is NOT suitable if you:
• Prefer admin-only work
• Avoid speaking on the phone
• Need constant direction
This role IS suitable if you:
• Enjoy sales and speaking to customers

• Can confidently manage conversations and drive outcomes

Requirements
• Must be available Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (UK time)
• Must be UK Based
• CRM software: 2 years (required)
• Confident and professional on the phone
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
• Sales awareness (ability to convert and handle objections)
