FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

Groveland Park seeks experienced Senior Care Assistants leading night teams within Outstanding-rated luxury residential care home. This leadership role oversees clinical standards, staff performance and resident safety during 7:45pm-8am shifts.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Supervising care delivery, auditing standards and rectifying staff performance shortfalls.

• Leading night team ensuring adequate staffing levels plus covering care shifts when needed.

• Administering medications accurately while maintaining comprehensive resident records.

• Implementing care plans, monitoring hygiene/infection control and reporting incidents promptly.

Work Schedule

Night shifts 7:45pm-8am full-time permanent contract.

You Will Have

• Proven senior care experience leading teams within residential care home setting.

• Strong leadership supervising staff performance plus medication administration competence.

• Excellent organizational skills maintaining accurate clinical documentation standards.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Care Standards Act, COSHH plus health/safety regulatory compliance.
