FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

Entain seeks passionate Retail Customer Service Managers for their dynamic Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops. This role delivers outstanding customer service, promotes safer gambling, processes transactions and builds rapport to drive repeat business within an exciting, fast-paced retail environment.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Delivering exceptional customer service and taking bets across sports and events.

• Processing transactions, demonstrating betting terminals and handling cash securely.

• Resolving customer complaints with empathy while promoting safer gambling practices.

• Maintaining high shop standards, opening/closing as keyholder and working toward targets.

Work Schedule

20 hours weekly with varied shifts including long opening/closing, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

You Will Have

• Passion for sports or excellent customer service with relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivation, effective communication and ability to handle challenging situations calmly.

• Comfort working independently and collaboratively in dynamic betting shop environment.

• Must be 18+ years old.
