FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
Saga seeks two enthusiastic Graduate Data Analysts to join their thriving data team, collaborating with Head of Data Science on customer insights, value propositions and marketing innovations. This role involves analysing datasets, creating visualisations and supporting business decisions using cutting-edge tools within a supportive, mentoring-focused environment.
Your Responsibilities include:
• Analysing large datasets to identify trends, patterns and actionable business insights.
• Developing reports and visualisations (Power BI/Tableau) communicating findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborating across business units, maintaining data quality and participating in agile processes.
• Supporting data governance, resolving quality issues and implementing industry best practices.
Work Schedule
Hybrid with up to 4 days weekly in Folkestone office during first year for training and relationship building.
You Will Have
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics or Business Analytics.
• Foundational SQL, Python, Power BI/Tableau knowledge with willingness to develop further.
• Analytical curiosity, clear communication skills and team collaboration experience.
• Ability presenting insights simply and building stakeholder relationships effectively.

• Exposure to data work through academic/personal projects.
