FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
Redwood Care Solutions seeks compassionate Support Workers to provide person-centred care for individuals with mental health needs, complex conditions and dual diagnosis living independently in the community. This rewarding role promotes independence through daily living support, medication assistance and community engagement within a supportive team environment.
Your Responsibilities include:
• Supporting daily living tasks including personal care, medication (when trained) and maintaining tenancy responsibilities.
• Promoting independence, community engagement, appointments, budgeting and daily routines.
• Maintaining accurate digital care records and reporting safeguarding concerns promptly.
• Building trusting relationships while working flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, waking nights and sleep-ins.
Work Schedule
Flexible full/part-time up to 37.5 hours/week including evenings, weekends and night shifts.
You Will Have
• Passion for mental health support with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility for varied shifts and willingness to complete training/Social Care Wales registration.
Requirements
• Previous care experience preferred but not essential (full training provided).
