FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

J Turner Research seeks a detail-oriented Part-Time Data Entry & QA Associate to audit and improve their proprietary AI engine analyzing online resident reviews. You’ll validate AI categorization across 22 multifamily operational categories, correct sentiment scoring errors and provide feedback to enhance AI accuracy for property management insights.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Auditing AI-categorized resident reviews across 22 operational categories for accuracy.

• Validating positive/negative sentiment assignment for each resident comment/”thought.”

• Correcting misclassifications, identifying AI blind spots and improving training data.

• Documenting edge cases and recurring errors to enhance model performance.

Work Schedule

Part-time remote position with flexible hours.

You Will Have

• Strong attention to detail, pattern recognition and sentiment analysis skills.

• Experience with data entry, quality assurance and working with AI tools/dashboards.

• Analytical mindset comfortable handling large volumes of text data consistently.

Requirements

• Familiarity with multifamily/property management or customer feedback analysis preferred.
