Weekend Home Care Assistant – Guaranteed 20-Hour Contract (Weekends Only)
Contract: Guaranteed 16 hours every weekend

Pay and Benefits

• £15.00/hour weekend rate
• Double pay on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day
• Time and a half on other bank holidays
• 45p per mile paid mileage
• Guaranteed 20 hours every weekend – your hours are secure

Weekend Shift Patterns

• Morning shifts: 7am – 1pm
• Evening shifts: 4pm – 10pm
• Work every weekend or alternate weekends – we’ll agree a pattern that works for you

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing personal care and companionship
• Supporting with medication, mobility, and light housekeeping
• Preparing meals and offering emotional support
• Helping clients remain safe, happy, and independent in their own homes
