FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

As Kings Oak Capital’s hands-on Group Financial Controller, you’ll oversee all financial operations across property development, investment, construction, and management companies managing monthly accounts, HMRC compliance, cash flow forecasting, investment appraisals, funding applications, and construction budgets while personally reviewing deliverables and leading a small team within rapidly expanding property group offering UK visa sponsorship and direct board reporting.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Prepare monthly management accounts + group consolidations.

• Manage HMRC submissions (VAT, CIS, Payroll, Corporation Tax).

• Oversee Xero + Arthur Online + Hubdoc financial systems.

• Build investment appraisal models (IRR, sensitivities, exit scenarios).

• Handle mortgage drawdowns + lender relationship management.

Work Schedule

Office-based Mon-Fri 8:30am-6:00pm Harrow HA1.

Full-time with performance bonus potential.

You Will Have 

• Property development/construction accounting expertise.

• Investment appraisal modelling (IRR/profit analysis).

• Multi-entity group consolidations + HMRC compliance.

• Xero/Arthur/Hubdoc/Odoo system integration experience.

Requirements

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).

• Xero certified with 5+ years finance leadership experience.

• Full UK work authorisation or sponsorship eligibility.

• Office-based availability Mon-Fri 8:30-6pm Harrow.
